  • Toby Teeter, CEO
    Toby has been an industry leader in paid search, local, and social ad distribution networks for over 10 years. Prior to Localbase, he was the President and Co-Founder of Litmus Media, a local ad network based in Kansas City. After Inuvo acquired Litmus, he served as Inuvo's VP of Strategic Partnerships and Corporate Counsel. Prior to Litmus, he was a business development manager and corporate attorney at Adknowledge, an online behavioral marketing pioneer. Toby earned a B.S. in Finance from Missouri State University and a J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law.
  • Ryan Riggin, VP of Product Development
    Ryan's background is working for entrepreneurial online media and web technology companies. Before joining Localbase, he worked for Litmus Media, and moved on become Senior Vice President of Marketing & Strategy at parent company Inuvo, Inc. Prior to that he worked at ClickSpeed in Kansas City, and in Sales and Business Development at Virtumundo/AdKnowledge. He earned his B.S. in Journalism and Advertising from the University of Kansas in 2000 and his M.B.A. from Baker University in 2004. When he's not at work he enjoys golf, reading, music, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
  • Travis Chase, Platform Architect
    Travis has been building web software for 12 years. His core focus is Platform Architecture and Application Development. Prior to Localbase, Travis was a senior software engineer at Gestalt, LLC before its acquisition by Accenture, and he worked as a Technical Specialist at Leggett & Platt, a Fortune 500 manufacturing firm. He managed the software development group at US Netcom, which built software and hardware platforms for the telecommunications industry, for 3 years and was partner in a small computer store in Carthage, MO called Computer Minded. He has a passion for complex problem solving and user satisfaction, that permeates into his coding practices. Travis holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Minor in Multimedia from Missouri Southern State University and lives in Carl Junction, MO with his wife Jennifer and two kids Isaac and Karissa.
  • Chad Gallemore, Platform Architect
    Chad is one of our Platform Developers here at Localbase and is responsible for building the business logic for the many applications in our platform as well as taking the UI design and implementing the user experience for those applications. Prior to joining Localbase, Chad worked as a Senior Consultant with Accenture National Security Services where he worked on a net-centric toolkit in support of Department of Defense Command and Control Systems. During his time at ANSS, Chad leveraged, and contributed to, a number of open source projects in building out a suite of tools (Web Services, JBI Components, Data Mashup Engine, etc.) that would be leveraged by other Command and Control systems. Chad holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Information Systems from Missouri Southern State University and has been developing software for 5 years. When Chad isn't working on the Localbase Platform you can usually find him with his wife Amber and daughter Rylea either attending a sporting event, camping at the lake, or just hanging out.
  • Greg Houston, Lead User Interface Designer
    Greg is our UI Designer and Frontend Developer, adding structure, style, flow, and animation to our products. Greg earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts at The Kansas City Art Institute, and spent the following two years painting murals in The Great Stupa of Dharmakaya, a Buddhist monument in Red Feather Lakes, Colorado. For the last decade Greg has been building sites and web applications for businesses and organizations small and large, and is the author of MochaUI, an open source user interface library. When Greg isn't tweaking the Localbase UI he enjoys cycling, riding his motorbike, camping, reading, and meditating.
  • Joe Kueser, Platform Architect
    Joe has 18 years of development experience, including development of software for hospitals, mobile devices, the Internet, 2D and 3D training simulations, 3D modeling, and software for the U.S. Department of Defense. He has worked as a consultant, with small start-ups, and for large multi-national Fortune 500 companies. Joe's diverse background brings a unique approach to problem solving to the table. He specializes in integration of disparate technologies, but is up for any challenge. When he is not busy quenching his thirst for all things technical, Joe can be found cycling, hiking, reading, or spending time with his wife, two sons, and their two dogs, or playing amateur photographer. Joe holds his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Regis University.
  • Rob Madole, Platform Architect
    Rob started when HTML was black Times New Roman on an exactly gray background. He's worked in a big Fortune 100 company and also owned his own web development consulting business. His background is diverse, from creating 3D animations for product instruction manuals to introducing user-interface test-driven development to small software engineering teams. His primary focus is working with the development team to create web-based software systems in Django and Python. He lives in Oronogo, Missouri with his wife and two children.
